2. What data we process and why
- To answer the enquiries you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp (name, email, telephone and any information you provide).
- To prepare quotations and provide the agreed tax and administrative services.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Only if you accept statistics cookies: to compile aggregated website usage statistics with Google Analytics (see the cookie policy).
- To protect the contact form against spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA v3.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent when you submit the form, contact us or accept statistics cookies (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the form against spam and abuse (art. 6.1.f GDPR), for Google reCAPTCHA.
4. Retention period
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no longer than 12 months if no engagement follows. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide the service (for example, filing returns with the Spanish Tax Agency). Our hosting provider (Webempresa, EU servers) acts as data processor. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed under WhatsApp’s (Meta) privacy policy, which may involve international transfers covered by appropriate GDPR safeguards. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor for Google Analytics; Google LLC may process the data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To protect the form we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited), which analyses technical data about your browser and your interaction (such as your IP address and behaviour on the page) when you approach or use the form; Google LLC may process this data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@bominaarconsulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es/
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
